Information About Your Session

The session fee is due at the time of booking, and is refundable up to seven days prior to the scheduled date and time.

What do we wear? Couples or groups should choose simple clothing within the same tonal ranges. When subjects appear in a mixture of light and dark tones, there is visual confusion. Light tones come forward and the dark tones receed. When this happens one person becomes dominant and appears heavier than in reality. Imagine a family group dressed in black, but one person dresses in white. You can only imagine who will stand out.

In most portraits the objective is always for the face to dominate the portrait. For adults and teens, it is highly recomended that you wear 3/4 or longer sleeves, bare skin will draw attention from the face. Infants and children can usually wear shorter sleeves without a problem.

How long will it take? Depending on the number of individual groups to be photographed, your session should not last more than an hour.

How long before we will see our proofs? All images are retouched before they are available for viewing and should not take more than 4 business days to process.

What about ordering? You will be able to order individual prints online, however if you would like to take advantage of the discounts or order speciality items we will need to set up an order appointment. You can expect your finished prints in about 2 weeks. (Excludes canvas prints)
